Please Note deliveries will take place between 8am and 6pm on your chosen delivery date, unfortunately we are unable to give more specific time slots.
Whilst we will endeavour to meet our quoted delivery dates we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out of our control. If such delays occur we will contact you as soon as is possible to advise of the likely delivery time-scale.
If you are out on your selected delivery date we reserve the right to charge £5 for the failed delivery.
If you are in any of the following postcode areas: HS, IV, KA, KW,PA ,PH ,PO30-41, or TR21-25, you will need to pay an additional postage charge of £25. We will email you or call you to arrange payment for this.
