Professional four piece basting set comprising of three different methods for enhancing food flavour. Contains a silicone headed, heat resistant, flexible basting brush, a silicone basting bulb with unbreakable tube and a nylon cleaning brush for basting the outside of the food. In addition there is a stainless steel injector nozzle that simply screws onto the end of the basting bulb and draws up meat juices for injecting directly into the meat to keep it moist from the inside.
